At Wok N More, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction with every order. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order free of charge within 5 minutes of placing it. Once this time frame has passed, the order cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation Procedure: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at 8959945442. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Refund Process: If your order is eligible for cancellation within the specified time frame, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method within 2 to 3 business days.
Refund Policy
- Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the food or beverages received, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, provide a refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Orders: In the event that you receive an incorrect order (e.g., wrong items or missing items), please notify us within 20 minutes of delivery and share food images, contact our support team and we will arrange for the correct items to be delivered or issue a refund for the missing items.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will not be provided for orders that have already been consumed or partially consumed.
- Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order within 2-5 business days.
